Every new Dream Homes Inc. house is protected by warranty coverage and is guaranteed by Tarion Warranty Corporation. The Tarion Warranty Corporation (Tarion) is a non-profit, private corporation established in 1976. New home builders in Ontario are required to enroll every new home prior to the start of construction and to provide warranty coverage after closing. The Dream Homes has been a registered vendor with Tarion.
Buying a new home from Dream Homes means your home is protected under Tarion for up to 7 years. New home owners have the 30-day, 1-year, 2-year, and 7-year time lines to submit their claims.

The Homeowner Information Package (HIP) provides a general overview of warranty coverage and the procedures under the Ontario New Home Warranty Plan.
